In addition to the activities described in this Privacy Policy, we process Personal Information provided by body shops (our “Customers”) that use our software to manage their operations. Our Customers may collect Personal Information about their end-customers, such as name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and repair information. We process such Personal Information as a service provider on behalf of and according to the instructions of our Customers, who are the entities responsible for processing the Personal Information of their end-customers. Not all information is accessed by AI.

Impactify integrates AI-powered functionalities provided by OpenAI into various features of our Services, including customer support, automated communications, and other operational tasks. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Data Processing by AI: Information processed through AI functionalities may be transmitted to and processed by OpenAI in accordance with their privacy policies. While we take measures to safeguard your data, you understand that the AI’s responses and actions are based on the information provided to it, and Impactify does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any content generated by the AI.
- Limitation of Liability: Impactify disclaims any liability arising from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to, inaccuracies, errors, or legal consequences resulting from the AI’s output. You agree to use AI-generated content at your own risk and understand that such content should be verified independently before reliance or action.
9. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this Policy and our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on our Site. Significant changes will take effect 30 days after notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately.
